Before the global pandemic, Arezo Mansury, together with her visionary and like-minded best friends, Tien Dung Trieu and Harmeet Singh Sandhu, embarked on a transformative journey that would reshape the landscape of accountancy.
Rooted in an unwavering commitment to integrity, they dedicated themselves to protecting the interests of people and delivering unparalleled service to their clients. Their humble beginnings took place in a family home, where they provided pro bono assistance with tax returns and tax planning ideas to family, close friends, and charitable communities across the Greater Toronto Area.
As their reputation grew, they secured their first bookkeeping projects for a diverse range of clients, including franchised gas stations, medical professionals, and fast-food chains. This early success reflected the trust their expanding client base placed in them. Their active participation in community events and university speaking engagements further strengthened their standing, demonstrating a genuine commitment to giving back and sharing knowledge.
With increasing demand, they embraced virtual services, making their expertise accessible and convenient for clients regardless of location. Their dedication and quality of service soon attracted corporate clients, marking a significant milestone in their journey.
On December 25, 2023, during a Christmas reunion, leveraging extensive experience gained from leading financial services firms across North America, they proudly founded Mansury Trieu Singh LLP, headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario (now known as MTS LLP). The firm’s name reflects the middle and last names of its founding partners, symbolizing a renewed dedication to excellence and innovation and marking the beginning of a new chapter in their history.
